The winner of the drawing shall have 30 days from the date of the drawing to contact LAMP in order to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed by the winner by the expiration of 30 days after the drawing and LAMP cannot locate the winner through its reasonable efforts during such period, a second drawing will be held, and the above rules will be followed until a winner is identified.
LAMP will deliver to the winner the boat and its oars free of charge to any address in St. Johns County. For a winner residing outside the county, the winner will be responsible for promptly picking up and/or arranging for delivery of the boat, at the winner’s sole cost and expense.
